Lifes a Beach

Well I had good intentions of trying to post, but hey life slows down at the beach and the biggest decision of the day is should I roll left or right to even my tan or which little shack has the best chowda. I have been taking lots of photos but they are what you would consider "oh crap he isn't going to show the vacation pictures again" . So no cool shots of wild adventures or bears, eagles or whales, just some care free vaca shots

The first few days were spend at the Bro and SIL's house and the kiddlings got to play with some of his big boy toys. Here is the boy riding one of the two mini bikes around the inland compound (the go cart is coming this weekend)

We managed to get some hiking in on day 2 at a Borderland State Park, we brought niece #1 with us and even though the temp was in the 90s she was a trooper and didn't ask to be carried, this freed up the boy to carry me

From there it was off to the seaside compound (again graciously provide by the bro and SIS) for several days of doing absolutely NOTHING

Beach bond fires aren't as prevalent here as they don't have the 6' 8' 10' drift wood "logs" laying around so a nice fire pit does the trick as seen here with the Bro & SIS admiring the fire
