The Mrs, enjoys one of her first meals in Boston, a grilled lobsta and goat cheese wrap from Legal Seafoods.
Here the girl eats a cheeseburger while we partook of a huge fisherman's platter consisting of clam bellies, calamari, shrimp, fish and scallops. We also had clam cakes that for those that don't know are not like crab cakes but more like hush puppies with clams.
We had cherrystones and littlenecks several times on our trip, nothing better than slimy raw clams sliding down your throat with a little cocktail sauce and horseradish
The Mrs. enjoys a cup of lobsta bisque before her main course, lobsta bisque and clam chowda was pretty much a staple of our daily diet while there.
The main course was a heaping plate of steamers at the Lobster Tail.
No trip to Boston is complete without fish & chips and what better establishment them my favorite Irish Pub The Black Rose. We washed lunch down with a pint of Guinness and finished lunch off with a shot of Jameson for dessert.
