Who cut the cheese????

short answer is no one........

Today we decided to wander outside the urban jungle and get some real hiking in.







So we headed to Huntley Meadows which is a 1425 acre park. The park was once a farm that was built by Thomas Mason (grandson of George Mason, one of our founding Fathers).












As you can see not a lot of photo ops because its the dead of winter (so I'm told) but this is a great area with some cool wetlands, we did see a Vulpes vulpes.... a whaaaaaat.... a Red Fox but it it was to quick to get a photo.










Now the cheese thing.... we packed a nice little picnic to have while on the hike. While unpacking the crackers, cutting board, knife, wine, cheese...... the Mrs. asks "did you pack the cheese" and my response is "no I thought you did" so no one cut the cheese because it was sitting at home in the fridge.
