This week has been slow as far as the fun meter goes with work, still getting furniture in and organized and general cleaning. The Mrs. did manage to get out yesterday with the dog and enjoy the 70 degree day. Tonight we went for an early dinner and Martinis at what is becoming our regular Thursday night haunt. The Stardust Restaurant & Lounge is only 2 blocks from the house so it makes it convenient and it seems to be where all the cool people go. The food is good and the Mrs. enjoys the 31 martinis they serve (her fav is the Main Squeeze - absolut citron vodka, o.j., pineapple, "hugged" with chambord liqueur) I keep forgetting the camera so I stole these from their website... hey its advertising

Oooh, shiny. Looks expensive, which probably means everything costs half what they do in Kodiak....
Where's your nearest sports bar?
Put it this way, dinner for both of us and martinis was less then the 2 for 1 Pizza Hut deals (remember the $35 coupon)in Kodiak. Not to shiny, kind of the after work cool people crowd. The sports bar is Murphy's and Pat Troys, those are our weekend haunts and are 5 blocks (still within stumbling distance)
