When we were down at the water the other day I was admiring the 1.5-2.0 million dollar McMansions located on the banks of the Potomac.
These are 4 story townhouses located adjacent to the park on their right and a beautiful view of the Potomac seconds from their door.
I thought these houses are worth every penny until I realized.......
Reagan National Airport is 3/4 of a mile north of these places and yes they are right under the flight path for the airport. You could almost throw a rock and hit the plane. We get a jet in about every 5 minutes from 6 am till midnight so that's about 216 of these jets a day roaring over your home.
