Rumors

I’m starting to think someone is starting rumors about me. Normally when I see someone out walking I think” hey there’s Charlie out getting some exercise.” Now here in Kodiak when you see someone who is usually driving a car, out walking or riding a bike and they don’t have a fancy bike or spandex and expensive running shoes you think “hey there’s Charlie, he must have gotten a DUI.” That said on my walk today I had 3 people stop and ask me if I needed a ride???? When I said I was just getting exercise they all responded with "Oh" So I guess to quell the rumors starting tomorrow I have purchased some proper walking attire so no one confuses me with one of the DUI walkers. What ya think??
